Today I am thankful for our dedicated softball players. I love summer softball, but hate that it causes stress to my life on Sundays. I really dislike last minute I can't play texts. It's too stressful when summer ball should be fun.
Today, some seniors really puked out on their team. I purposely don't have practices and just play one night a week so they can enjoy their lives and other sports as well. I know we are all busy. I get it.
Tonight we had 10 players show up to play in the heat. I appreciate those girls dearly. Many of them are playing basketball and volleyball throughout the week and most of them are showing up to Monday and Thursday workouts. Those are the dedicated ones. They devote their time to their team and their sport. They want to improve and want success. They are dedicated athletes.
Today I appreciate and am thankful for our dedicated athletes!!!
I have decided to continue my thankful blog in 2014. I'm going to gear it more toward being pregnant and steps to becoming a well rounded parent.
