Outside Run

Today the weather was awesome! It was warm and sunny in March!! I got home from work and went for a run around the block, 3.34 miles to be exact! :) It was the first time I had run that far in a long time. I was almost afraid I wouldn't make it. However, I did and it felt great!! After an outside run like that I just feel good for the rest of the day. It put me in a good mood for try outs tonight too. Today I am thankful for my first outside run of the year!!
