I knew today was going to be a challenge. Josh was not looking forward to this afternoon as much as I was today.
Trisha and Nick were out of town and Nick's parents had the Wyatt and Eastyn until 1:30pm when they dropped them off here. They had a party to attend and I think were ready for a kid break. Also, this is Tara's weekend to work. Mom and Larry had Paige until 2pm when they dropped her off here. So three kids and two adults for over 5 hours!! We could do this right?!
Well, we are still married and I would STILL like to have kids someday. Josh...well, this is my blog right? There were only a couple times that the babies both cried at the same time. Wyatt pretty much played with every toy we own. Easy. Tonight we had a diaper explosion that required mine and Josh's attention. Paige is certainly feeling better. All and all a good day.
I love the boys, don't get me wrong, but I absolutely love rocking Paige to sleep. She is just too dang cuddly and cute! Soon she'll be 13 and want nothing to do with her "old" Aunt so I'll enjoy my time with her now.
Today, I am thankful for my afternoon with my nephews and my niece! It was a challenge, but rewarding. I love these kids. They are awesome! I'm glad my sisters allow us to watch them. :)
